SalesDNA: From Generic Outreach to Personalized GTM

Generic outreach fails because the sender knows nothing about the account. SalesDNA is how UbiGrowth gives ARIA something real to work from: graded facts about the customer’s economics, a deterministic view of value, and a bounded idea of what may be offered.

What SalesDNA is

SalesDNA is the go-to-market intelligence and personalization system within UbiGrowth’s platform. It supports Grow, the surface ARIA uses for account work, outbound, replies, and pipeline actions. It is not a separate sales agent; it is the evidence and decision structure that ARIA’s sales work reads from.

Facts carry their source

SalesDNA records economic facts about an account, such as transaction value, margin, capacity, operational pain, current systems, buying process, and goals. Each fact keeps where it came from: supplied by the customer, read from a connected system, a verified benchmark, or an inference. A confirmed inference is not relabeled as customer-supplied, and when sources disagree the disagreement is surfaced instead of being averaged away.

Value is calculated, not asserted

Return on investment is computed by a deterministic engine from those facts, with conservative, likely, and upside scenarios. Missing inputs are reported as gaps rather than filled with invented numbers. The model explains the result; it does not produce it.

Personalization with limits

Personalized outreach draws on verified research and recorded facts. A hypothesis about an account’s problem is treated as a hypothesis and is not presented as fact. What may be offered, such as pricing and terms, is governed by a commercial boundary the company sets. Anything outside it goes to a person.

Where it sits

UbiGrowth builds UbiVibe, ARIA is its AI interface and operating layer, and SalesDNA is the GTM intelligence behind ARIA’s sales work.

What makes personalization credible

A message feels personalized when it is specific, sourced, relevant to the recipient’s situation, and within what the sender can actually offer. SalesDNA is built to supply the first three from recorded and verified facts, and to enforce the fourth through the commercial boundary. Personalization that is specific but invented, or specific but outside what can be delivered, damages trust faster than a generic message would.

What SalesDNA does not do

It does not decide exceptional terms; those remain with people. It does not treat an inference as a confirmed fact. It does not replace a sales relationship. It gives the people and the AI working on an account a shared, graded picture of what is known and what is still a gap, so the next question to ask is clear.
