These terms govern your use of ubigrowth.ai (the "Site"), operated by UbiGrowth ("UbiGrowth," "we," "us"). By browsing the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the Site only — they do not govern use of UbiVibe as a product, which is covered by separate product-specific terms you agree to when you sign up for an account.
Use of the Site
The Site provides information about UbiGrowth's products and services and lets you request contact from our team. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or submit forms with false or malicious content.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the UbiGrowth, UbiVibe, ARIA, Launch, and Grow names and marks — is owned by UbiGrowth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for your own informational, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Submissions
When you submit a form on the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting a form does not create any contractual relationship, subscription, or purchase obligation — it is a request for us to contact you. The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
