Information we collect

When you submit a form on this Site (for example on Launch, Grow, or Partners), we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your work email address
• Your company name, if you provide it
• Which page or campaign the submission came from

We also automatically collect standard technical information when you browse the Site — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page — through Google Analytics (see below). We do not sell your personal information.

Google account data used by VIBE

If you explicitly connect a Google account to VIBE for SEO and growth measurement, VIBE requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. We use this access only for properties that your Google account is authorized to access and only after you complete Google's OAuth consent flow.

The data VIBE may retrieve includes:

• Search Console properties, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position
• Google Analytics properties, landing pages, sessions, users, engagement, and conversions

VIBE requests the scopes webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly. These permissions do not allow VIBE to modify your Search Console or Google Analytics data. We do not use Google account data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the service you requested, or sale to third parties.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about UbiGrowth's products or services
• To operate VIBE and ARIA features you request
• To analyze search visibility, site traffic, engagement, and conversions for authorized properties
• To provide SEO, measurement, and growth recommendations based on that authorized data
• To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
• To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations

We do not share personal information or Google account data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

VIBE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth credentials and security

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens used by VIBE are stored encrypted in UbiGrowth's production environment. Tokens are used to make authorized Google API requests on your behalf and are not exposed to other customers. VIBE uses OAuth state validation and PKCE protections during authorization.

Revoking Google access and deleting data

You can revoke VIBE's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You may also disconnect the Google integration in VIBE or contact privacy@ubigrowth.ai to request deletion of Google-connected data associated with your organization. Revoking access stops future Google API access. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, audit, or legitimate business-record obligations.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, time on page, general location derived from IP address, device/browser type). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's cookie or tracking-prevention settings. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions and VIBE application records are stored in UbiGrowth's production systems, including Supabase-backed data stores. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accurate business and security records, meet legal obligations, or until deletion is requested where applicable.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ubigrowth.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site and VIBE are intended for business audiences and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site or VIBE after a change means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
