Privacy Policy

This policy explains how UbiGrowth ("UbiGrowth," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ubigrowth.ai or submit a form on this site (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. UbiVibe, the platform product, is governed by its own product terms and privacy documentation, which you receive separately when you sign up.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this Site (for example on Launch, Grow, or Partners), we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your work email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Which page or campaign the submission came from
We also automatically collect standard technical information when you browse the Site — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page — through Google Analytics (see below). We do not collect payment information on this Site; UbiVibe handles billing separately through its own product surfaces.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about UbiGrowth's products or services
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
- To measure which pages and campaigns are effective
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, time on page, general location derived from IP address, device/browser type). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's cookie or tracking-prevention settings. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in UbiGrowth's production database, hosted by Supabase. We retain lead submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records, and delete or anonymize them on request (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ubigrowth.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
