Ask ARIA to grow your pipeline
Growth work, run rather than drafted
Ask ARIA to grow your pipeline. ARIA can identify opportunities, research accounts, create outreach, answer the phone, handle responses, update your connected systems, coordinate next steps, and continue the workflow — using the same company context, connections, governance, and execution model as everything else it does.
The growth loop
Keep the account, conversation, pipeline, and next action in one context.
The value is not another place to generate sales copy. ARIA does the work between finding an account and moving an opportunity forward, with everything VIBE knows about the account staying attached across each step.
signals → action → response → learning → next action
signals → action → response → learning → next action
How it flows
Keep everything VIBE knows about the account attached from signal to result.
What teams ask ARIA to do here
Replace disconnected sales & marketing tasks with one operating sequence.
Build the target account list
Turn an ICP, offer, and everything VIBE already knows about your accounts into a prioritized target list.
Launch outbound sequences
Create and run prospecting without moving account context into another disconnected AI workflow.
Process prospect replies
Interpret replies and keep the next action tied to the same opportunity.
Run voice follow-up
Use voice workflows as another execution channel inside the same GTM loop.
Advance pipeline actions
Carry the result of outreach, replies, and calls into the next pipeline step.
Operate from connected context
Use governed company connections so GTM work can draw on the systems the team already runs.
Enterprise-grade underneath
Give a small GTM team the operating discipline larger companies build entire stacks around.
Smaller companies should be able to run connected GTM workflows without accepting weaker identity, fragmented customer context, or ungoverned agent behaviour. ARIA inherits the platform's tenant scope, connection model, runtime controls, and traceability from the beginning.
Connected customer context
Keep CRM, messaging, pipeline, and company context attached to the work.
Governed execution
Use approved systems and explicit execution paths when Grow moves into live action.
Tenant-scoped runtime
Commercial data, memory, and connections stay scoped to the organization.
Traceable follow-through
Replies, calls, recommendations, and next actions remain part of the same sequence.

Why this is hard
Why growth tooling produces drafts instead of pipeline.
Most growth tools generate. They produce a list, a sequence, a draft email, a summary of a call. Every one of those is an artifact that a person still has to act on, and the acting is where the time goes and where the follow-up gets dropped.
The second problem is that the context is split. The account research is in one tool, the sequence in another, the replies in an inbox, the pipeline in the CRM, and the call recording somewhere else entirely. Each handoff loses something, and the next action starts from a partial picture rather than from what actually happened.
The third is that reply handling is where sequencing tools stop. A prospect answers with a question, a redirect to a colleague, or a "not now, ask me in March" — and the tool that sent the message has nothing to say about any of it. That is precisely the moment the work becomes valuable and precisely where it falls back to a person.
Asking ARIA to grow your pipeline means the work runs rather than being drafted: opportunities identified, accounts researched, outreach created and sent, responses handled, connected systems updated, next steps coordinated, and the loop continuing from the outcome.
You're likely here because
- Your sequencing tool measures sends and your board asks about meetings
- Reply handling happens in an inbox that no system can see
- CRM hygiene is a weekly chore rather than a by-product of the work
- Research is repeated because nobody can find what was already found
Architecture
The loop, and where it usually breaks.
Signals to action to response to learning to the next action. Every growth tool implements part of this; the difference is whether the loop closes without a person carrying context across a seam.
Step 01
Signals from connected context
Accounts and buying signals come from the systems your company already runs rather than a purchased list, so the reason an account is worth working is inspectable.
Step 02
Prioritisation with the reasoning attached
ARIA proposes the next accounts and the next move, keeping the context around each recommendation so a rep can disagree with it on the merits.
Step 03
Outreach that is sent, not drafted
Messages are composed against real account context and actually go out, inside the sending policy the organization set — not handed over as copy to paste.
Step 04
Replies handled as work, not notifications
A question is answered, a redirect is followed, a meeting is booked against the tenant’s own calendar, a "not now" sets the follow-up. This is where sequencing tools end.
Step 05
Systems updated as a by-product
The CRM reflects what happened because the work happened through the connection, rather than because somebody remembered to log it afterwards.
Step 06
The next action starts from the outcome
What actually happened — including the failures — is what the following step is computed from, which is what makes it a loop rather than a sequence.
Worked examples
What growth work looks like when it runs.
Three requests, each spanning what would otherwise be three or four separate products.
"Find fifty accounts like our best customers and start working them."
Research runs against your connected commercial context, prioritisation uses signals your systems already carry, outreach is composed per account and sent, replies are handled, and the CRM shows the pipeline movement. You are not handed a list to work.
"Answer the phone and book the good ones."
ARIA takes the call with company context available, handles the conversation, takes permitted actions during it, updates connected systems afterwards, and books against the team’s real calendar — so a call that came in at 9pm is a booked meeting rather than a voicemail.
"Chase everyone who went quiet after a demo."
The set is derived from pipeline state rather than a saved view someone maintains, the message references what actually happened in each deal, the replies come back into the same loop, and the ones that need a person are escalated with the context attached.
Getting started
How teams start without risking the pipeline.
- 01
Pick one segment and one motion. A bounded cohort makes the result readable; "all outbound" makes it an argument.
- 02
Define who may be contacted and why before anything sends. Sending policy is a business decision and belongs in writing, not in a prompt.
- 03
Connect the CRM read-only first. Prove that ARIA understands your pipeline before it is allowed to change it.
- 04
Set the escalation rules explicitly: which replies a person must see, which ARIA may handle, and what happens to anything ambiguous.
- 05
Measure meetings and opportunity progression, not sends. Activity metrics will look excellent regardless of whether this worked.
- 06
Widen writes gradually — one object, one field set at a time — and audit them during the pilot rather than after it.
Controls
Controls that matter.
Control 01
Sending policy set by you
Control 02
Approval on consequential outreach
Control 03
Scoped CRM writes, audited
Control 04
Kill switch at the organization level
Limitations and considerations
Where this is the wrong answer.
- It does not manufacture demand. Working the wrong accounts faster is worse than working them slowly, and no amount of execution fixes a proposition that is not landing.
- It does not replace the CRM. Your system of record stays authoritative; ARIA works around it rather than becoming a second version of the truth.
- It will not rescue bad data. Contact and account records that are wrong in the source system produce outreach that is wrong, more efficiently.
- Regulated or high-consequence outreach needs human review, and should be configured that way from the start rather than after the first incident.
- A team with a stable, well-run sequencing setup and no reply-handling problem may find the marginal gain small — the value here concentrates where the loop currently breaks.
FAQ
Questions about growth work with ARIA.
Is Grow a separate product?
No. Growth work is a capability ARIA reaches for. There is one ARIA relationship and one pricing model; you do not buy a growth module and connect it to a build module.
Does it send email on my behalf without asking?
Only inside the sending policy your organization sets. Consequential outreach can require approval, and the whole capability can be switched off at the organization level.
What happens to replies?
They are handled as work rather than surfaced as notifications: a question answered, a redirect followed, a meeting booked against your own connected calendar, a "not now" turned into the right follow-up date.
Will it keep my CRM clean?
Records update because the work happened through the connection rather than because someone logged it. Writes are scoped to what the connection permits and are recorded, so the CRM is a by-product rather than a chore.
Can it handle phone calls?
Yes — taking the call with company context available, acting during it where permitted, updating connected systems afterwards, and continuing the workflow. That is the same ARIA, not a separate voice product.
How do I know it is working?
Measure qualified conversations, meetings booked and opportunity progression against the same definitions you used before. Send volume will improve whether or not this worked, which is why it is the wrong metric.
